CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations of ESSLLI participation are possible for a fee. The cancellation fee is 50 Euros if you cancel before July 10. From July 11, no refund will be given.

Any change or partial cancellation of your order that results in a refund (registration, accommodation, or meals) is subject to a one-time administrative fee of 50 EUR per participant, covering up to three changes.

Participants that are in charge of their own accommodation will have to contact their accommodation provider since we are not able to refund 3rd party bookings.
