Consent to take photographs
pursuant to § 84 et seq. of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended
Personal data: photography, video
Purpose of processing: publication on the UK website and social networks (including faculties and units)
Processing time: 10 years
I hereby grant my consent to Charles University, with registered office at Ovocný trh 560/5, 116 36 Prague 1, ID No.: 00216208 (hereinafter referred to as "UK"), which is the controller of personal data of all faculties and units of UK, to take photographs and videos during ESSLLI2026 event, in which my likeness will be captured and from which it will be possible to determine my identity, and to use it/their use for the above purposes and for the period of time specified above.
I give this consent of my own free will and acknowledge that I may withdraw it at any time.
I can withdraw my consent by sending an e-mail to info2026@esslli.eu or by visiting the administrator's office in person.
You also have the right
- request information about what personal data is processed about you,
- request the rectification of personal data if it is invalid or out of date,
- request that your personal data not be processed until,
until the validity of the above requests has been resolved, - request that your personal data be transferred to another controller,
- lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

I acknowledge that I may also use the photographs for personal non-commercial presentation in electronic or printed form, always with the source of the photo indicated: MFF UK, ESSLLI. The exercise of copyright in the respective photograph(s) is not affected by this.
