FEE WAIVERS
We have tried to keep the registration fees to a reasonable minimum for such a large event. The calculation is based on the assumption that most participants will pay the respective registration fees, in particular if they or their lab have funding for this. For students without any funding opportunities, we offer the following fee waivers and fellowships:
Eight fee waivers for Student Session participants
- Registration fee waivers are funded by RSJ foundation.
- Only students submitting a paper to the ESSLLI 2026 Student Session are eligible apply (up to one student per submitted paper).
- Only authors of accepted papers will be considered for a waiver.
- Priority will be given to those for whom the cost would place a significant barrier to attendance.
